First2 Resource is looking for A320 First Officers on behalf of our client Heston Airlines. Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair and overhaul. The airline operates Airbus 320 aircraft and Airbus 330, providing short and long term services worldwide. Role Requirements: • Hold a valid EASA Part-FCL frozen ATPL • Hold valid A320, IR PBN ratings • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4; Level 6 preferred • Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with PART-MED requirements • Preferable 500 hours on A320 Aircraft (Pilots with less hours could be considered depending on their performance during the selection process) • EU citizenship and passport allowing unlimited travel Benefits Package: • Indefinite contract • Competitive fee and payments for Block Hours • Roster pattern: 22 days on/8 days off, travel on work days • Bases: Germany, Azerbaijan, Denmark, Mallorca, Lithuania • Travel tickets between home and operating bases • Provided accommodation whilst on duty and ground transport • Travel, health & loss of license insurance • Upgrade Opportunities Application Process: • First2 Resource screening • Client screening • Face-to-face interview We welcome all applications, but please note we will only contact candidates shortlisted in the second round.
